Pollution

Hong Kong is considered the cleanest of the 3 cities in China that we are visiting. That's terrifying to us. It's been grey every day since we've been here and it's not just a fog. The air feels heavy and dirty, you can feel it on your face and in your lungs. Most of the people we've asked here say that it's pretty much always like this. However, today in our taxi we asked the driver and he said, "oh this, this just mist". Hmmmm, we didn't think so. When we got home, we googled Hong Kong air pollution and this is what we found.

It's always bad here, but it's been particularly dirty while we've been here. China is presenting a terrifying scenario of what can happen if air pollution is not strongly controlled.
